1. The service
Trilho is a mobile app that aggregates timetables, lines, fares and alerts from public-transport operators in Portugal and proposes journeys. It is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability.
2. Operator data
The information shown comes from open data published by the operators and by Portugal's National Access Point (NAP) and is reproduced without changing its content. Trilho is not affiliated with any operator. Delays, errors or omissions may occur; the operator's information is the binding one.
3. Tickets and payments
Trilho does not sell tickets or process payments. Where the app shows a purchase option, it sends you to the operator's website or app; the purchase is governed by that operator's terms.
4. Use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to overload, circumvent or automatically extract our service.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trilho is not liable for damage arising from incorrect timetables, fares or alerts, nor for missed connections, journeys or resulting costs.
6. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the DPIA.
7. Governing law
Portuguese law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. You may also use the EU online dispute-resolution platform or a competent ADR body.
8. Changes
