Terms of use
1. The service
Trilho is a mobile app that aggregates timetables, lines, fares and alerts from public-transport operators in Portugal and proposes journeys. It is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability. Trilho is published by an independent developer in Portugal, identified in the App Store and Google Play listings (contact: [email protected]).
2. Operator data
The information shown combines transport timetables, service notices, maps and fare guidance from the sources identified in the app. Availability and reuse terms differ by source. Trilho computes routes and may summarise or translate notices; the original source remains available. Trilho is not affiliated with any operator. Delays, errors or omissions may occur; the operator's information is the binding one.
3. Tickets and payments
Trilho does not sell tickets or process payments. Where the app shows a purchase option, it sends you to the operator's website or app; the purchase is governed by that operator's terms. Some buttons open third-party websites (for example, to buy a ticket or a tourist card); where Trilho may earn a commission on a purchase, it says so next to the button. Trilho is not a party to that purchase.
4. Use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to overload, circumvent or automatically extract our service.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trilho is not liable for damage arising from incorrect timetables, fares or alerts, nor for missed connections, journeys or resulting costs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
6. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the DPIA.
7. Governing law
Portuguese law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. You may contact a competent alternative dispute resolution body.
8. Changes
